These terms explain the rules for using Inboxlane. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
1. The service
Inboxlane provides a shared inbox and customer support workspace for teams. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that everyone using your workspace follows these terms. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of messages, files, and other content you submit. You grant Inboxlane the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and secure that content while providing the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit it.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Inboxlane, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, violate applicable law, or use the service to send unsolicited communications or content that infringes another person's rights.
5. Fees and cancellation
Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. You may cancel according to the terms shown in your account. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboxlane disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes and contact
